Mother's Day Ceramic Planter - Rectangle

I love love love the T-Leaf planters, they are so pretty and can be perfectly personalised. We brought them for teacher gifts and they were so well received.

We really struggled to think of something special to give to our amazing obstetrician who delivered our 2 precious girls. We didn’t want to just give chocolates/ alcohol/ flowers as we felt it didn’t really show how incredibly grateful we were for his amazing care. Following T leaf collections for some time, we decided to purchase a beautiful ceramic planter and chose a personal quote for the front.
