My son (9 yrs, ASD2) successfully completed a year at his 7th school. I wanted to really show our appreciation for his teachers, who I know have a very difficult job and do such a marvelous job of it. (He now loves going to school and looks forward to it every day this is a massive accomplishment for everyone). I ordered one of the Christmas boxes to give to my mother for Christmas. I had personalised it but when it arrived there was an error in the personalisation.
As soon as I emailed Kate she had a new lid with the correct personalisation on the way straight away. You can tell a company is great by the way they deal with errors and their efficiency in fixing the problem. Highly recommend this company and product.
