TURNAROUND AND SHIPPING
If you have a rush order, please get in touch be emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the date you require it by. We will let you know if there are any issues with the deadline provided. There may be a small charge depending on our workload and your timeframe.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any rush orders during peak gifting times such as Mother's Day, Christmas, Father's Day or sale events etc.
Yes. If you would like to combine orders, please send us an email ASAP, quoting all of your order numbers. Please keep in mind that we will only be able to combine orders that have not been processed and/or left our warehouse. Postage refunds will not be issued to those who do not get in contact with us via email.
Please note: We may not be able to combine orders during peak periods due to the large volume of orders we receive during this time.
No, we don't allow local pickup of orders at this time.
If your order has not yet been shipped we should be able to upgrade your order to express shipping. Please email us as soon as possible so we can see where your order is up to.
