Australia Post Delays

Domestic Shipping & Handling Fees (Shipped from Brisbane, Australia)

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia wide on orders over $100
  • $10 FLAT RATE tracked shipping with signature on delivery
  • Express Post (tracking included) $14 with signature on delivery
  • Please note: Normal turnaround times still apply with Express Post
  • All orders include 'signature on delivery'. Please know that we will not be held liable for any missing items if you choose Authority to Leave with Australia Post.

 
New Zealand Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Registered Post (tracking included) $15


United States Shipping & Handling Fees

  • $19 Registered Post (tracking included) 
  • Custom fees and taxes for International orders are the responsibility of the buyer.


Other Countries - International Shipping & Handling Fees

  • $24 Registered Post (tracking included) 
  • Custom fees and taxes for International orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

United Kingdom

  • We are not currently shipping to the UK due to tax requirements. If you are aware of the customs charges and would still like to make a purchase, please let us know and we can help you to arrange.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We use Australia Post for both standard and express shipping options both Domestic and Internationally. By selecting any of our shipping methods at checkout you are agreeing to the Australia Post terms of service. You can view them here.​
  • A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.
  • T-Leaf Collections does not accept any responsibility for damaged, delayed delivery or missing mail once it has left our care. Please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post firstly and then reach out to us.
  • Any orders that are 'Returned to Sender' due to incorrect information supplied or order not collected, will incur additional postage fees if it is to be redirected to another address or re-sent to the original address. We do not take responsibility for any additional postage fees.
