Orders Placed Before 16th January 2023
The below information is ONLY for customers who purchased a Keepsake Box prior to the 16th January 2023.
So that you can have more chance to get your hands on a much-awaited Keepsake Box, you will see the below groups on the product listings:
Group 1: dispatched by 14th Dec (express shipping recommended)
Group 2: Pre-Order (dispatched by 20th Jan)
Group 3: Pre-Order (dispatched by 3rd Feb)
Keepsake Boxes are currently only available to Australian customers.
GROUP 1
We are unable to guarantee delivery prior to Christmas however we can guarantee that we'll have your order shipped by the 14th December. We highly recommend EXPRESS Shipping.
Due to the demand placed on Australia Post at this time of year, we cannot be held responsible for later than expected arrivals.
GROUP 2 & 3 (PRE-ORDERS)
Due to the highly personalised nature of our Keepsake Boxes coupled with their high demand, some Keepsake Boxes will be on a pre-order basis. A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on backorder until we can produce it.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is ready, the entire order will then be sent together. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.
